PUBLISHERS / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES
Our Publishers also known as Account Executives are responsible for generating revenue through advertising sales, renewals and upgrading existing business, operations, and production of both StudentHousingGuide.com and the Student Housing Guide Magazine in each of their respective areas as well as providing customer service to the assigned client base.
- Minimum of 2+ years of management or sales experience
- Flexibility and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- May require evening and weekend hours
- Positive and energetic attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
- High level of honesty and integrity

WEBSITE DESIGNER / PROGRAMMER
Website designers will be required to operate, maintain and make upgrades to StudentHousingGuide.com and it's affiliate websites. A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science is recommended but not required. Extensive work experience in the field is a must! Applicants must be prepared to hit this job running with little to no on-the-job training.
- Minimum of 4+ years of website design experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of exprience with PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Flexibility and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- May require evening and weekend hours
- Positive and energetic attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
- High level of honesty and integrity

GRAPHIC DESIGNERS
Graphic designers are responsible for concept development, content execution, and finalization of all creative deliverables for their assigned projects including (but not limited to) ads, brochures, signs, marketing materials and/or web content. A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in graphic design or 3+ years experience in related field is required. Applicants must be prepared to hit this job running with little to no on-the-job training.
- Minimum of 3+ years in graphic design experience
- Creativity, Communication, and problem-solving skills are a must
- Flexibility and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in all design programs i.e. CS4, Photoshop, AI, ID, AC etc.
