Our listings come from extensive research in the area around your school. Our sales department actively seeks out student friendly property owners. They scour the area using the resources from real estate companies, newspapers, housing departments, and more to help find the most units available to you.

The listings are accessed by state and school location with studenthousingguide.com and are always FREE to view. We do ask that you would create an account to join our network and make your experience more personable but it is not required.

Your membership lasts forever. We do not remove accounts unless you ask us too.

No, you must apply through the specific property in which you wish to live. studenthousingguide.com however does provide a pre-application for those Landlords who are interested.
